I know the title seems sensational, and I may not be a global expert on marinades. Trust me though, when I say this truly is the best marinade I've come across. It was intended for chicken but I have also used it on pork, with brilliant results. It turns any cut of meat into the most tender, juiciest, and tastiest thing to land on your plate.
I had boneless, skinless chicken breasts and I wanted to grill them, I knew I was bound for dried-out, burnt, or undercooked meat. I went to the trusty world of Pinterest to find something to help keep them from drying out. It was easy to choose which recipe to follow, as this was one of the simplest and all the ingredients were ones I always have on hand. All I did was whisk everything together, marinated the chicken for 30 minutes, and put it over medium heat on the grill until done. It was amazing, hands down best chicken breast I've ever had. It even received a reaction from my main squeeze, who is the hardest to impress in regards to cuisine.
One of the most amazing things is how simple this marinade really is. It's all ingredients that are stocked in just about every kitchen, nothing hard to find. No frills or fuss, and the protein that has been soaking in the delectable concoction will be a crowd-pleaser for all tastes. It without a doubt yield the most moist and tender meat, this is sure to be a go-to recipe in your home.
