"Fossilman" also known as Greg Raymer,48, the "World Series of Poker" champion has been arrested in a male online prostitution sting. TMZ reported on Friday, March 15 that "Fossilman" was arrested at a Wake Forest hotel in North Carolina on Wednesday, March 13 after allegedly soliciting a male prostitute online.
Police reports reveal that Greg Raymer was one of six men that were apprehended during the online prostitution sting after responding to an ad posted by undercover police on a popular website that is frequented by male prostitutes.
All of the men arrested have been “charged with prostitution and attempted crimes against nature” and released on a $1,000 bond. Greg Raymer, who is currently married to a woman, is going to have some serious explaining to do at home.
"Fossilman" Greg Raymer is best known by his famous for his lizard-eye hologram glasses,and won the 2004 World Series of Poker main event.
Each man was reportedly “charged with prostitution and attempted crimes against nature” and received a $1,000 secured bond.
As of 2012, Greg Raymer has been reported to have won a total of live tournament winnings exceed $7,200,000 with most of his winnings ($6,487,512) have come from his places in the money at WSOP tournament events.
