'World of Tanks' dev on Xbox One: 'One of the best platforms to make games on'

World of Tanks is hitting the Xbox 360 today and given what we've seen from other games coming to the Xbox 360, we could also be seeing the game hit Xbox One.

Examiner.com spoke exclusively with TJ Wagner, who is the executive producer and creative director of World of Tanks, about whether or not bringing the game to the Xbox 360 is one step toward bringing it to the Xbox One.

"Xbox One builds on top of a very successful platform.

"The developer tools keep getting better and honestly, everyone knows it’s one of the best platforms to make games on. This is even truer for a massively multiplayer game like World of Tanks," Wagner said.

He went on to say in regards to the game hitting the Xbox One and/or PlayStation 4 that "anything is possible." We're fully expecting Microsoft to make an announcement about World of Tanks coming to the Xbox One very soon, unless the 360 version of the game bombs, no pun-intended.

We'll find out soon enough how well World of Tanks performs on the Xbox 360, but we know it only bodes well for more PC games to hit consoles, if World of Tanks continues finds success.
