The World Cup is here! No matter which is your favorite team, this year it’s easy to celebrate with a delicious cocktail in New York – at home or at the bar. Throw on your team shirt and show some spirit to your favorite country. Cheers!

For a classier World Cup experience, Whiskey Blue, Stone Rose Lounge and THE LCL: Bar & Kitchen are serving some fun international cocktails during the soccer matches inspired by the different participating countries, including a GG Manhattan for $18 (Team USA), Spicy Paloma for $16 (Team Spain), Cucumber Margarita for $16 (Team Mexico), Negroni for $18 (Team Italy), Samurai Whiskey Flight for $35 (Team Japan) and Moscow Mule for $18 (Team Russia).

Horchata, a new restaurant in the West Village, is also offering specials for the World Cup! Guests can enjoy ½ price draft beer and complimentary guacamole at the bar during Mexico’s games. And for every shot that Mexico scores, the shots will be on Horchata!

For the month of June, Don Antonio by Starita will offer a special menu named after Italy’s all-time best FIFA World Cup players. Specialty items include the Pizza Baggio which pays homage to the colors of the Italian flag and the Meazza Mintonic, made with freshly muddled mint and lime, Fernet Branca, soda water and sugar.

SUSHISAMBA has also made a delicious cocktail that you can enjoy either at the restaurant or recreate at home. The Kiwi Caipirinha shows off some Brazilian roots in a fun, summery way. The drink will be available at all SUSHISAMBA locations from June 12-July 13 for $7. In addition, any guests who order will be in the running for a trip to Brazil!
