Have you been looking for a new and exciting workout? Well change up your old routine and enroll in one of Lansing Community College's (LCC) workout classes.

LCC has a wide variety of classes to choose from that are available in the summer, for example you could take a total fitness class which incorporates a complete assessment measuring aerobic fitness, strength, flexibility and nutrition that is tailored to the individual.

You can also give water aerobics a try which will increase flexibility, muscular toning and cardiovascular fitness.

If cardio isn’t your thing LCC offers several weight lifting classes that not only teach you proper lifting techniques but will increase your muscle strength and resistance plus help you monitor your food consumption to get the best out of your workouts.

Lastly, if your partner is up for it, take a dance class. LCC offers Ballroom Swing and Latin Ballroom classes during the summer months and is a great twist and exciting addition to any workout routine.

To register for these classes simply fill out LCC’s admission form and register for classes. Summer classes start June 5th so there is still plenty of time to sign up and start your new workout routine. So what are you waiting for?
