Work on future enterprise in Sorrento Valley open work

West of the Lusk Boulevard corner north of Mira Mesa Boulevard Qualcomm built an enterprise city crossroads, office building construction work goes on. The dark glass covered low building on the street southside stands behind a flat lot workers build a new parking area.

Employees at the workplace located east of the San Diego Tech Center, and, just west of Pharmatech, will park in brand new spaces shaded by lot trees. ROugh excavated dirt covers the grounds between concrete median planters filled with cosntruciton dirt.

The vacant work spot in Sorrento Valley looked unwelcoming on Thursday, July 31st. But, the enterprise space on the block near the I-805 biotech and tech opportunities keep the business district thriving will open up sought after employment deal opportunities, after the construction work is done.

On the street northside, a regular line of Qualcomm buildings keeps the district block tidy and businesslike. Enterprise work stays settled there.

New office oportunities will move forward Sorrento Valley employment market goals. A long office building on the street southside will start business in a market area Enclave Sorrento opens connected workpalce offices in Fall, down the block and aroudn the corner, and, Qualcomm will open two major office builing additions currently uner cosntruction east on Pacific Heights Boulevard. A steep climb in workpalc eopportunities is coming.

The popular business street fronts will welcome in larger work folds. Future enterprise plans north of Mira Mesa Boulevard have not shrunk for decades. One more office building adds a new start in work opportunity to the developing line up.
