Friday, April 11, 2014: Expect a rosy glow to color your day, even as you roll up your sleeves and go to work. Just don't get so caught up in the details that you lose sight of your dream or how far you have come in the past month/six months/year. You might be quite surprised at your progress.

The doer and the dreamer take the lead today. Consider that even though your "work may appear to be a grubby girl cleaning the sooty fireplace, beneath the ragged camouflage hides the beautiful Cinderella". It is your work that draws you out of yourself and, at the same time, makes you more of what you are meant to be.

If you've ever questioned just how important work is to the human spirit, think about young children at play modeling adult responsibilities. They pretend to be firefighters, parents, doctors, engineers or truck drivers. They work for the simple joy of the work.

Today's Quote

He who works with his hands is a laborer.
He who works with his hands and his head is a craftsman.
He who works with his hands and his head and his heart is an artist.
~ St. Francis of Assisi
