Woody Allen's daughter says he sexually assaulted her

Woody Allen has a lot of fans. However, his daughter, Dylan Farrow, has emerged as a severe critic of Allen who feels he should not be praised in Hollywood. Allen's daughter claims the director sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions when she was a child, reported TMZ on Feb. 1, 2014. Farrow says Hollywood should be ashamed of itself for praising Allen at the Academy Awards.

The New York Times has published an open letter from Farrow which goes into shocking detail about the alleged sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of Allen, who adopted her. She wrote, "When I was seven years old, Woody Allen took me by the hand and led me into a dim, closet-like attic on the second floor of our house. He told me to lay on my stomach and play with my brother’s electric train set. Then he sexually assaulted me." Farrow claims Allen also used to stick his thumb in her mouth. She also said she had to get in bed with him under the sheets when he was in his underwear.

CBS reports Farrow has said Allen sexually assaulted her in 1992, when she was just 7 years old. She says he talked to her while he did it, saying she was a good girl and that this was their secret. Mia Farrow had accused Allen of sexually abusing molesting the younger Farrow in 1992. These allegations surfaced as Allen was having a sexual affair with Farrow's adopted adult daughter, Soon-Yi Farrow Previn. Allen has since married Previn. This all appears to be a real mess with Allen denying the charge, but with a Manhattan judge having awarded custody of Allen's children to Mia Farrow back in 1993.
