One lot of Woodstock Tamari Almonds has been recalled by the company due to incorrect labeling, which omits soy as an ingredient. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy are at risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the almonds.
The recalled product can be identified by the following:

- UPC# 0-42563—00838-3.
- “Best By: 10/24/13, Lot 12298” on the back of the retail package. Only this Best By date is being recalled.
Woodstock Tamari Almonds were distributed in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and 23 other states, including the District of Columbia.
The FDA recall notice can be viewed here.
Consumers with the recalled products can return them to the store where purchased for a full refund. For additional information, contact the company at 888-534-0246, x25154.
