Woodkid has been a very intriguing and innovative project, and if you have heard any of his music up til now, you know exactly what we're talking about. One of the unique aspects of Woodkid's music has got to be the music videos.
So far, we've seen videos for Iron, Run Boy Run and most recently, I Love You. When we spoke exclusively with Woodkid about his album and what he still has in mind from a music video standpoint, he confirmed to us that his next and last music video from his album The Golden Age would indeed be the track, The Golden Age.
"The next video I create is going to be The Golden Age. It's going to be a longer video and will have a longer track than what we have now. I am going to slowly move on and do something else. Choosing videos for Iron, Run Boy Run and I Love You was a choice between my label and I.
"I wanted to choose tracks that would be pop songs that were understood, but also find some that are produced different than what you normally hear on the radio. I also wanted to go with a palate of songs that expressed different emotions.
"I wanted to create different moods with each video. Golden Age is more sensitive than other videos and it ends with a positive climax. I'm concluding the video part of Woodkid with The Golden Age," he said.
We'll have much more on our exclusive interview with Woodkid as we get into next week, but for all of your latest news for all things music, entertainment and news, keep it here on Examiner.
