WonderCon Anaheim 2014 announces that badges are now available

WonderCon, the West Coast’s second largest comic book convention, returns to Anaheim for its third year. The event will take place April 18-20 at the Anaheim Convention Center adjacent to Disneyland and all the other attractions Anaheim has to offer.

In emails to past WonderCon attendees February 14, 2014, Comic-Con International announced that badges for the event became are now available, and will only be available for online purchase. Anyone wishing to purchase a badge must register for a Comic-Con Member ID and then will be eligible to purchase a badge. $50 for the three day pass, $25 each day for Friday and Saturday, and $15 for Sunday only. Kids under 12 are free with paid Comic-Con Member.

The special guest lists for WonderCon Anaheim 2014 is growing every week with such comic book luminaries as Jim Lee (“Superman: Unchained”), Sergio Aragones (“Groo”), Rich Burchett (“Lady Sabre and the Pirates of theIneffable Aether”) , Kelly Sue Deconnick (“Pretty Deadly”), Francis Manpul (“The Flash”), James Robinson ("Fantastic Four") and Mike Mayhew (“The Star Wars”) already confirmed along with a plethora more. WonderCon Anaheim boasts to be the “one of the country's most exciting and fastest growing comics and popular arts conventions.” For 2014 WonderCon is expanding its presence to take up more space in the exhibit hall offering a wider variety of comics and merchandise from many popular artists and retailers, fans can expect exclusive programming from the top comic publishers in the country, movie and television panels, anime, autographs, games, a popular Masquerade competition, and portfolio reviews.
