Low fat milk has calcium, protein, and healthy fats.

Anytime you are trying to loose weight it is best to eat fruits for breakfast, nuts for mid-morning snack, lots of dark leafy greens for lunch, apple or orange for afternoon snack then for supper fish or chicken broiled with lemon juice and a healthy dose of leafy greens with a 4 ounce glass of red wine to top off the meal.
