The annual Women’s Wellness Conference at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh will be Saturday February 4, 2012. This all day event is a great resource for women to learn more about various options when it comes to their health.
This year the keynote speaker is someone that has been featured in this column before, Doctor Rose Kumar of the Ommani Center for Integrative Medicine. The day will be filled with many interesting programs and wellness activities. An online brochure listing all aspects of the event is available, as well as online registration. There will also be more than 18 vendor booths providing health information. One booth will be sponsored by the Wisconsin Society of Certified acupuncturists (WISCA) where you will be able to speak to an acupuncturist and get referrals for practitioners throughout the state.
This year’s Women’s Wellness Conference promises to be a valuable experience that should not be missed.
