The Symmetry Software $25,000 Women's Pro Circuit Tennis Championship is set to begin February 14th-21st at the Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex.
This pro tournament is one of many throughout the USTA professional circuit allowing players from all over the world compete for points.
For many players, money is not why they are here. It is for the chance to compete against their peers and win points and move up the world rankings. has jumped to 15 in the world rankings. Since winning the tournament last year, last years winner, Yanina Wickmayer has had an amazing run up the charts and is currently 15 in the world.
This is a great opportunity to bring your family and friends to watch professional locally. many fans feel that these lower prize money tournaments are more exciting to watch since players are very hungry to make it to bigger tournaments.
Tickets for the week long event went on sale February 1st at the Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex front desk.
- Prices for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are $3 per person.Matches on these days will start at 10am.
- Prices for Friday, Saturday and Sunday are $6 per person.Matches on these days will start at 11am with the final being played on Sunday beginning at Noon.
