Most women take care of everyone and neglect themselves.
When you need to unwind and de-stress, pamper yourself. Here are ways to pamper yourself: get a neck and/or body massage, read a book or newspaper, relax in your bed, watch a good movie, get a manicure and pedicure, buy a new outfit, schedule a hair appointment, relax on the beach, attend yoga class, go dancing, listen to relaxing music, eat a meal at your favorite restaurant and/or relax in the Jacuzzi.
If you enjoy meditating, relaxing and stretching, attend yoga class.
Yoga is a great way to clear your mind and de-stress. Some people believe yoga is the answer to better health and relaxation. Russell Simmons and other celebrities practice yoga regularly.
Don't neglect yourself, schedule your annual physical exam and mammogram. Stay healthy Exercise + Healthy Eating = Weight Loss
