On Thursday, two women were brutally raped by a large group of teens in Wilmington's Kosciuszko Park. The park is located in the 600 block of South Franklin Street, in the Hedgeville neighborhood.
Around 6:54 p.m., two women, ages 32 and 24, were physically assaulted and raped by a group of 10 to 12 young black males.
The suspects range in age from 12 to 17-years-old, according to police.
No arrests have been made at this time.
Both victims were admitted to Christiana Hospital on Thursday evening. No further information on their medical condition is available at this time.
The two women were sitting on a park bench when they were attacked, according to detectives.
Wilmington City Councilwoman Maria Cabrera told CBS News:
