A woman quit her job in Taiwan in an unbelievable fashion, dancing her interpretive boogie to a Kanye West song and uploading it to YouTube, reports WebProNews on Oct. 1.

Seinfeld's George Costanza once wondered how to go about quitting his job at the New York Yankees, opting to perform a series of outrageous stunts at Yankee Stadium, such as getting strawberries on Babe Ruth's jersey, streaking across the field in a body suit and dragging the team's 1996 World Series trophy around the parking lot with his car.

Perhaps Marina Shifrin, 25, was inspired by George, uploading an epic video onto YouTube with one simple message for her boss: I Quit!

Shifrin, who is a American writer, worked for a Taiwanese animation company called Next Media Animation. In the video, which she shot at 4:30 in the morning before anyone came in for the day, she dances around the office, on the desks and in and out of the bathrooms as she captions her reasons for leaving.

“For almost two years I've sacrificed my relationships, time and energy for this job,” she explains in the video. “And my boss only cares about quantity and how many views each video gets. So I figured I'd make ONE video of my own.”

Shifrin says she was pressured to work without a lunch break because of the enormous workload that was expected of her, and that her unyielding boss was constantly changing her schedule and the duties that she was supposed to perform. She reached out for assistance or support from other management but received none.

Thus, the viral video.

“I understood that it was a risk, but I never named the company or my boss and I mean, have you seen my dancing? How can anyone take that seriously,” she later said.

Shifrin said she is on her way back stateside and will be looking for a job with a company that, obviously, values creative thinking and some thinking outside of the box.
