A woman quits her job by way of a dance -- and the video that she made has now gone viral. On Oct. 1, E! Online reported that 25-year-old Marina Shifrin decided to quit her job at Next Media Animation in Taiwan but instead of just walking into her boss' office and giving her notice, Shifrin decided to make a video with the song "Gone" by Kanye West -- how appropriate.
"For almost two years I've sacrificed my relationships, time and energy for this job. My boss only cares about quantity and how many views each video gets... I believe it's more important to focus on the quality of the content," Shifrin explained.
The woman quits job dance video has easily taken the Internet by storm with thousands of people checking out Shifrin's video and having a good chuckle for themselves. The video, however, was not meant to be insulting or rude. Shifrin says that she was just being funny and entertaining.
"I think if you understand the humor and the innocence behind the video, you understand my type of comedy," Shifrin said. The company has actually responded to the video (which has nearly 5.5 million views since it was posted on Sept. 28, and they have wished Shifrin well. They also made sure to let everyone know that they're hiring!
