A woman falls on subway tracks, and dies in Manhattan on New Year's Day around 5 in the morning. According to New York City police, the woman who was in her 20's, was stumbling around on a platform on the subway when she fell and then was killed by a train, says a Yahoo! report.
The woman's name has not been released by police as of yet. It is not known whether alcohol was a factor in the woman's tragic death.
This is the third incident in about a month involving a person and a subway train. In early December, Ki-Suck Han of Queens, died shortly after being pushed in front of an oncoming train at a Times Square subway station.
Not too long after that incident, on Dec. 27, a woman who was later identified as Erica Menendez, shoved a man from India to his death in front of a subway train. She was taken into custody and is now being charged with murder.
