On Wednesday, Marion County sheriff’s deputies arrested Michelle Lucus, 46, after she reportedly forced herself on a 6-year-old boy in Ocala.
On Oct. 25, Lucus took the boy to the Chevron gas station on W. State Road 40, and dragged the boy by the arm into the restroom with her, according to court documents.
Once inside, she locked the door and assaulted the boy.
The Ocala Star-Banner reported:
The boy said Lucus kissed him, pulled down his pants and touched him inappropriately. He said she asked him if he was mad at her and he told her yes, then they left the room, the report notes.
The two left the gas station and walked to the home of a friend. Afterwards, Lucus brought the boy back to the gas station and attempted to lure him into the restroom again, the victim told investigators.
Lucus then purchased some items in the store and warned the boy not to tell anyone what she had done.
Under questioning, Lucus admitted to entering the restroom with the boy, but claimed she could not remember what happened once inside.
Lucus has been charged with sexual assault on a victim under 12 and kidnapping, and is currently being held at the Marion County Jail without bond.
Lucus has a long criminal history and investigators fear she has victimized other children.
If anyone has any information about any other contact Lucus has had with children, they are urged to contact the Marion County Sheriff's Office Tipline at 352-368-3544.
