  • KEVIN KOUZMANOFF, Miami Marlins: Kouzmanoff went 1-for-1 to lift his spring average to .345. Kouzmanoff singled and played first base in a 7-5 loss to Washington.
  • CHRIS DICKERSON, Baltimore Orioles: Dickerson relieved Adam Jones in center field and went 0-for-1 with a walk in a 6-5 win over Toronto. Dickerson, hitting .321 this spring, was also thrown out trying to steal second.
  • BRETT HAYES, Kansas City Royals: Hayes struck out in his only at bat in a 7-2 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers. Hayes is now hitting .241 this spring.
  • SCOTT COUSINS, Los Angeles Angels: Cousins, a North Valleys High graduate, played right field in relief of Josh Hamilton and did not get an at bat in a 6-5 win over Cleveland. Cousins is hitting .190 this spring.
