A quick look at the performances of former Nevada Wolf Pack baseball players in major league spring training games on Monday . . .
- KEVIN KOUZMANOFF, Miami Marlins: Kouzmanoff started at first base and hit third in the lineup in a 6-2 victory over the Minnesota Twins and starting pitcher Kevin Correia. Kouzmanoff was 0-for-3 and hit into a double play and is now hitting .333 this spring. Kouzmanoff is hoping his ability to play first base and third base will help him make the Marlins' final roster. Regular starting first baseman Logan Morrison is expected to begin the season on the disable list.
- CORKY MILLER, Cincinnati Reds: Miller played two innings at catcher in relief of starter Ryan Hanigan. The veteran Miller went 0-for-1. He is now hitting .214 this spring and will likely begin the season at Triple-A.
