The Nevada Wolf Pack football team will host to UNLV, Air Force, Hawaii and San Jose State at Mackay Stadium as part of its 2013 Mountain West conference schedule.
The Wolf Pack will also go on the road to Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State and San Diego State in conference play.
The Mountain West conference released opponents for each of the next four seasons on Tuesday as part of the new divisional format of the league for football beginning this fall. Dates for the 2013 Mountain West schedule, though, were not released.
The Wolf Pack's 2013 schedule, though, is now complete in terms of opponents and locations.
The Wolf Pack will open Aug. 31 at UCLA, and will play UC Davis at Mackay Stadium in Reno on Sept. 14. Nevada will go on the road the following week to play at Florida State on Sept. 21. The final non-conference game is Nov. 30 at home against BYU.
The Pack's road schedule this year at UCLA, Florida State, Boise State, Fresno State, Colorado State and San Diego State is one of the toughest in school history.
“It’s a tough conference schedule year-in and year-out,” first year Wolf Pack coach Brian Polian said. “It doesn’t matter which divisional opponents you get home or away and which teams from the other division you get or miss each year. That shows right there just how good of a football conference that the Mountain West is.”
