WKRG-TV to be off the air temporarily as daylight-saving time 2014 begins

WKRG-TV had planned on being off the air temporarily this Sunday, March 9th, between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., as part of their regular procedure for observing the start of daylight-saving time (their procedure usually involved broadcasting a special programming segment just before going off the air; usually one with the voice of an announcer providing technical information about their transmitter and video of jet airplanes flying while an instrumental version of "The Star-Spangled Banner" played).
