WKRG-TV announces rewards for their first 90,000th Facebook follower

On Wednesday, February 6th, WKRG-TV had plans to reward the first 90,000th follower of their official Facebook page with a tour of their station and a "fan pack". The plans were announced by news presenters for the station during their local newscasts between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m on Wednesday, February 6th. The plans were also posted on the Facebook page by an administrator of the page at 5:30 p.m. on the same day.

The Facebook page finally had its first 90,000th follower on Thursday, February 7th shortly before 8:40 a.m., according to a message posted there by an administrator for the page. The message congratulated followers for helping WKRG-TV achieve this goal and told them the winner of the tour and the "fan pack" would be announced a short time later.
