Here is more information according to the website,

Harness the savage power of fifteen of the most brutal Magic cards ever unleashed. These limited-edition, black-bordered superweapons are legal in many tournament formats. Sweep the battlefield clean with this powerful arsenal and blast the opposition into oblivion.

The set will contain the following:

  • 15 premium foil cards, including 6 with new art.
  • An exclusive spindown life counter.
  • A collector's guide.
  • It will have an extremely limited print run, and will only be in English.
  • Each card has been printed using a unique foiling process only used in the "From the Vault" series.

All cards will be black bordered and tournament legal; meaning these cards are legal for use in any tournament where the original printings are still legal.

The product concept and development leads are Gavin Verhey and Jeremy Jarvis. The scheduled release date is August 22, 2014. It will carry an MSRP of $34.99.

As of right now, nothing has been spoiled. The only thing known is a piece of art and the expansion symbol. As more information about the set comes out, it may or may not affect the price. It all depends on what is in it. Any guesses out there?
