Costumed attendees at fan conventions love having their pictures taken, so don't forget your camera!
Atlanta Comic Con is the final stop on Wizard World's eight-city 2010 North American tour. According to Gareb Shamus, CEO of Wizard World, "The spirit of the Atlanta convention was very much in line with our own shows. The fans in Georgia appreciate the festival feel of this show."
Atlanta is no stranger to pop-culture conventions, and the fans in Atlanta really support events like this and allow convention producers to keep doing what they do best. "The fans here are savvy, and we're excited to bring the Wizard enhancements to the event," said Shamus.
Atlanta Comic Con will take place at the Cobb Galleria Centre located at 2 Galleria Parkway 30339 in Atlanta. The convention will run from 10am until 6pm on Saturday, December 4, and 10am to 5pm on Sunday, December 5. I am honestly wayy too excited to go to this con! I'll be volunteering there and I think I'm gonna faint if I see some of these people. :D YAY! fan girl time!!!! \0/
Oh I know it was awesome! I chatted with Vivica A. Fox and got an autograph from the Bicycle Girl Zombie from The Walking Dead! It was also surreal seeing the Fonz standing just a few feet away from me.
Got something to say?
