Jason Witten is ready for Romo's return to the football field, and he is confident that the Dallas Cowboys will see Tony Romo return in great shape in 2014. Romo is recovering from back surgery that took him out of the 2013 season during week 17. On April 6, Cowboys Corner shared the latest comments made by the Dallas Cowboys tight end.
He was in attendance at the Final Four NCAA match-up between Wisconsin and Kentucky on Saturday night. He was with Tony Romo, and he revealed that Romo was hoping for a Wisconsin win during the game. Wisconsin lost to Kentucky.
College hoops was not all he spoke about this weekend though. He did talk about Romo and his return to the Dallas Cowboys this season at another event he attended on Sunday. He was at Texas Motor Speedway for the Nascar Sprint Cup race that was scheduled to take place. He said the following:
Seems like he’s excited to get back and get healthy. And I think all of us are eager to get going. I can’t speak for him, but I think everything’s on track. We’re excited for the offseason. We have a lot to prove. We know exactly what we have to do.
What do you think? Are you ready to see Tony Romo back on the football field? Do you think the Dallas Cowboys will prove themselves on the football field in 2014?
