Witness to studio brawl claims Chris Brown attacked Frank Ocean

According to a Feb. 3, 2013 blog post by Frank Ocean’s music producer, the recent beef that took place between the singer and Chris Brown was a violent encounter, reports TMZ.

Michael Uzowuru writes that Brown tried to “beat the… sh**” of Ocean, even tackling the singer, sending him crashing into a glass display.

The fight took place on Jan. 27 outside a West Hollywood recording studio, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

He also went into details of the brawl, writing the whole fight began over a parking space. Uzowuru alleges he, Frank, and a man named Chito arrived at Westlake Studios and noticed there was an orange Lamborghini in Ocean’s spot, according to TMZ.

The front desk was informed of the issue and the men were told the vehicle was Brown’s, according to Uzowuru. He says Brown came out around 10 minutes later with two men, at which time Ocean told him to move his car.

The music producer writes that at that point, one of the men with Brown punched Chito in the face and claims “Chris and the other dude grab [Ocean] and try to jump him...”

He continued by writing that as the man continued to beat Chito, Brown and the other man attacked Ocean, sending him crashing into a glass candle display resulting in “…his finger being cut.”

Uzowuru alleges that Brown tried to “beat the living sh**” out of Ocean as the other man held him up against a wall.

Despite Uzowuru’s account of the melee, Ocean announced on Feb. 2 he will not be pressing charges against Brown.
