Two friends shooting planet photos on August 19, 2010, from Mt. Hamilton in San Jose, CA, watched a star-like object hovering in the night sky, but later noticed a blue light in the shape of a body that seemed to mimic the person being photographed, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The witness who was photographed reported that they "felt a presence to my right while exiting the car."
"I continued to feel the presence while on the hill side, but did not see anything," the witness stated. "The next day, my friend sent me some of the pictures he took of me standing on the edge of the cliff looking out into the valley. In photo 6989 attached, you will see an orb with what looks like a blue light in the shape of a body standing in front of me to my right. It looks like the shape is mirroring the way I am standing."

The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or man made. CA, August 19, 2010 - Bright ball of white light hovering side to side. MUFON Case # 25174.
I was up at the top of Mt. Hamilton in San Jose with a friend taking some pictures of the night sky. We were looking to get photos of Saturn and Mercury. My friend had a constellation program on his phone that he pointed to the sky to find where we should look.
While he was trying to set up the program we noticed a big bright star over the flight path in San Jose. We looked at his phone to program, looked up and it was gone. We thought it must have been a plane.
About 10 minutes later, my friend noticed a big bright "star" in the trees to the right and in front of the Observatory. He then noticed it was moving. We walked out from behind the tree to look at the light in the clear and noticed then that the object was hovering from side to side in the same place/same level. It then slightly and smoothly moved up, then came back down to its original location and continued to move from side to side.
You can see this in the attached photo 6981. Although you can not see it moving, you can tell when you magnify the picture that it is not a star and not a plane.
In addition to this... when we arrived at the top of the hill before noticing the light object, I felt a presence to my right while exiting the car. I continued to feel the presence while on the hill side, but did not see anything. The next day, my friend sent me some of the pictures he took of me standing on the edge of the cliff looking out into the valley. I was not afraid and felt safe the entire time. The light object was still hovering right in front of the Observatory to our left when we departed 20-30 mins later. It was the first time I had ever seen anything like that and it was amazing :)

If the camera used was a Sony then I may have to add I have captured these 'presences' before as well. I am not an expert on photos however as I stated I have captured very similar anomaly images from my Sony camera. At first I thought the images were great and out of this world however after 'playing' with my camera in light and sun as well as the moon I was able to capture this type of anomaly as well. If this is not a Sony camera, well I just don't know. I'm interested in finding out what it is.

I just got a Barska binocular camera and been playing with it for a while. I myself saw a UFO in my twenties in another country. I won't say where or who I am because I don't want to be label a 'nut' and also am very religious. I haven't think about UFO's for years, however lately I have been feeling these 'presence' and seeing 'strange things' so I got myself a camera, etc. So last night while driving I saw 'something' in the sky very peculiar, strange, and it kept getting bigger and brighter and close to me so I grabbed my neewly acquired camera but since is new I couldn't get it together. So I finally gave up and continue home. When I got to my driveway there it was the 'strange light' again. So all of the sudden this what looked like a giant moth in the distance came from the sky and was coming closer to me and I kept driving very slowly, got the camera again and this thing changed form to a ball bright green in color and started to jump in front of my car and around me, but closer enought that I could see the color 'bright green' and just 'whoshh by me'. But when I looked outside of the camera I don't see anything and I started thinking 'why don't you stay still so I can take your picture?". ?All of the sudden this 'thing' stayed still and in focus in the center of my camera and I got the 'button in my camera to make it bigger so I did. The thing got closer and bigger by itself too and it changed color to white cloudy like or beige and stood right there in front of my car for about 10 seconds. like waiting for me to take the picture. Again I looked out I don't see anything. I looked into the camera was still there waiting. .. All of the sudden it 'wooshed again fast and disappeared in the sky'. I am not making this up. This is true. I called my husband in my cell to come out and in the driveway, thinking why I didn't call him before. And he put my camera chip in the computer and guess what, I didn't record a thing. My bad luck but I will be prepare next time. Just similar to 'Mt. Hamilton, so yes, I believe it!!
People, please read up on camera effects. I just bought my first ever camera and already I've recorded little blue spaceships, "laser" beams, morphing objects and the like, just by pointing at a street lamp or streetcar at night.
I believe it and I have had an similar experience...got it on tape in 1991...still have the tape but I am afraid to show it for the same reasons,,,someone will call me crazy...plus I am afraid...! and it was a Sharp video camera...you know the big one
First to Anonymous above, do not be afraid. These things are so common and all over prime time TV now. If Christopher Columbus was afraid of the ends of the flat earth...well you get the idea. Now here is what my son and I filmed last March '09 in the back seat of a rental car.

Looks like the same blue color, the same looking fellow. We still don’t know what it is, we may never know.

Has anyone ever seen small hovering lights that hum? My wife and I moved from Longview,Tx because of what happened at our home nightly. We had a light post by the front side of our house that somewhat lit part of our front yard. No big deal until we noticed light shining into our windows as if pointed at them. I peeked through the blinds to see what it was and there was a light hovering about 4 ft from the window. When I pulled the blind back to get a better look the light started moving up to the light post and stayed there as if mimicking it. There were three lights in all and the would go by all the windows and shine in. And no it was not someone outside doing it because I tried to catch one hovering by the front door. When I swung the door open it started moving in the smoothest motion you could imagine(if that makes sense) up and away from me. And it had a soft hum too. I got as close as twenty feet from it. When I would stop going towards it, it would stop moving. After about a month of this we got out of there. Way too scared to try and stay around there. There were other things that happened too, but this was the main thing. It might not seem scary to you but let it happen to you and that'll change.
