Graham, Wash. - On Sunday afternoon, an explosion took place at the home of Josh Powell on Sunday afternoon, resulting in a massive amount of flames. A witness at the scene has posted photos of the destruction on Twitter. Josh is the spouse of missing Utah woman, Susan Powell.
Josh had recently been denied custody of his sons and was engaging in a supervised visit with them at his home at about 12:45 p.m. PT. The caseworker who accompanied them was outside, but smelled gas. An explosion ripping through the home ensued.

The two bodies recovered appear to be children, he said.
According to the report, Josh has not been located.
On Wednesday, a judge ordered Josh to undergo a psychosexual evaluation. He and Susan's two sons have been in the custody of her parents, Chuck and Judy Cox.
Josh, the only person of interest in his wife’s disappearance, alleges that the December 2009 night his wife vanished, he and his two young sons—ages 2 and 4—were on a camping trip in freezing cold temperatures in the remote Tooele County, Ut. desert area at around midnight. He claims they slept in a minivan and when they returned home the next day, Susan, 28, was gone.

Josh rented a car two days later and drove hundreds of miles in the vehicle – offering no viable explanation to police. Only a month later, he packed up his children and moved from his Utah home to the Puyallup, Washington area, moving in with his father.
Josh's father, Steve Powell, has pleaded guilty to 14 charges of voyeurism and one count of possession of child pornography and remains behind bars on $200,000 bail. Authorities allege Steve Powell had been surreptitiously filming women – including Susan – and also claim he took video of two young neighbor girls as they used the toilet and bathed. Josh was living with his father when the arrest took place.
