This is a recommendation and review on Wish by Clamp. It is released by TokyoPop. It has four volumes.
It is about an angel named Kohaku and a human named Shuichiro. It starts off with Kohaku getting stuck in the tree and Shuichiro saves her. At first he thinks she is a baby, but something seems off because her hand is too big for her entire body. After she is out of the tree, she thanks him. She introduces herself before she tells him that she is an angel and also tells him that because he saved her he can ask any wish he wants. But he refuses. Kohaku, our little angel in training, doesn’t want to give on home. Besides she can’t leave him alone until she repays him. Why was she on Earth you ask? She’s on Earth to find her teacher, who disappeared after going to the Heaven and Hell negotiations. Does she find her master? Does she grant Shuichiro a wish? You’ll have to read to find out!
It’s a very good story. Wish is very short and very sweet. Its one of the shortest series released in the USA written by Clamp. It is rated for Teens and up for some fantasy violence. This series is recommended for everyone. Wish also has an anime series.
If you live in the Colorado Springs area, you can find this series at your local PPLD branch.
