Ice is a rarity in Central Florida. Granted, you find a lot of it at Ice! at the Gaylord Palms Resort, but that's in an indoor area that's kept at a frigid 9 degrees. Finding it outside is a bit more tricky.
If you want to see an outdoor skating show while you're basking in balmy70 to 80 degree temperatures, head over the SeaWorld Orlando's Christmas Celebration. Winter Wonderland on ice takes place outdoors in Bayside Stadium on select nights during the park's holiday event. It's a small space, but the skaters perform some big moves.
Get to the stadium early, not only to get a good seat, but also because there's a pre-show. The live singers set the mood for the skating show to come.

Check your show schedule when you get to the park, as there may only be a single performance or more than one show. If possible, catch the last performance, as you can stay in your seat and watch the Holiday Reflections fireworks from the stadium. Go to this article for a full video of the fireworks.
The SeaWorld Orlando Christmas Celebration is on now through December 31 on select nights, and it's part of your regular admission.
