Winter Storm Q continues to wreak havoc on several states, some of which have had to declare a state of emergency.
As of Thursday, February 21, 2013, Winter Storm Q continues to threaten several states from the Midwest into a handful of Southern regions. Weather.com has been forecasting Q to continue dropping snow and freezing rain through Friday at which point it should dissipate. Today and tomorrow will be quite rough on the Midwest and Southern regions of the United States – Kansas and Missouri have already declared a state of emergency.
