To create an adorable Penguin, you will will need:
- Construction Paper in a variety of colors,
- Non-toxic glue
- Child-safe scissors
- A sharpened pencil
- Cotton
- Fabric or construction paper. Any color or pattern that you would like to decorate the penguin's hat with.
To make your sweet winter penguin:
- Draw a penguin print a penguin picture from Family Travel Made Easy!
- Cut out your printed penguin or penguin parts that have been drawn
- Glue the Penguin parts together. If you have chosen to use a printed penguin, color the penguin. Once the penguin has been colored, you may glue it to a sheet of construction paper to add a background.
- Draw a winter hat onto the head of the penguin.
- Cut strips of constriction paper and glue onto the penguin to create a scarf. You may wish to add cotton with glue to the ends of the scarf and the penguin hat.
