Winter Jam lineup of Christian bands coming to Columbus

Winter Jam 2013 concert schedule is well underway, having performed concerts in six eastern U.S. cities so far in January. Columbus, Ohio is on the Winter Jam tour schedule for Jan. 19 when 10 Christian bands along with evangelical speaker Nick Hall will be gracing the stage at Schottenstein Center at 6 p.m. Saturday (doors open at 5 p.m.)

Winter Jam doesn’t offer tickets for presale; the $10 admission is payable at the door only. Cash and check are accepted forms of payment, but vendors inside Schottenstein Center do accept debit/credit cards. Video recording devices aren’t allowed during the concert, but still photo cameras are permitted.

According to their Facebook page, Sidewalk Prophets needs volunteers to work at their merchandise table in Columbus on Jan. 19, and also in Reading and University Park/Penn State on Thursday and Friday, Jan. 17 and 18 respectively. Email band@sidewalkprophets.com for more information.

Following the Columbus concert, Winter Jam will be performing in Ft. Wayne, Ind. On Jan. 20, 2013.
