It is officially half way through the February break and if you are looking for a fun activity today, you might want to check out Winter Fun on the Farm at Springdale Farm. The event runs from 10am to 2pm today (February 22, 2012).
Activities will include children’s crafts, s’mores, games, the petting zoo and free tours of the robotic dairy barn (at 11am and 1pm only). The cost is $3 per person and there will be concessions available too.
Springdale Farm is located at 700 Ogden Street in Ogden (585-349-2090) and is owned by Monroe County and operated by Heritage Christian Services. The farm gives adults with developmental disabilities a place to work to care for the plants, animals, and maintenance of the Farm.
