Winter events at a ferret rescue ~ Wind & Willows Ferret Rescue (Photos)

December 2012- Wind & Willows Ferret Rescue in Fallon, NV held a The Christmas “Stuff a Stocking” event. It was a great success and thanks to many wonderful supporters no ferret was forgotten by Santa or his elf (that’s my daughter delivering the gifts)

In January this year WWFR tackled a daunting yet important task of dental exams, cleaning and exractions on as many rescued ferrets as possible.. Dental health is a critical and often overlooked part of rescue work. To help fund this expensive venture.. WWFR reached out first to many etsy artists and asked for donations to auction off.. the response was amazing.. artists from as far away as France, England and Tasmania participated..
