"I would never encourage you to be casual about following your personalized eating plan," Raquel writes. "I highly recommend these principles to any woman over forty, which is when I adopted this way of eating."
Among her diet tips, which she also revealed to iFit & Healthy:
- Limit carbohydrates, especially starchy ones.
- Avoid wheat.
- Use the secrets of food combining. Don't eat fruit and protein in the same meal. This principle eases digestion, according to believers of this process.
