Opening Oct. 11, 2013 will be Winnie-The-Pooh, the silly bear loved by children of all ages, at Beef and Boards Dinner Theatre. This fun filled musical will be on stage through Nov. 9.
Winnie-The-Pooh has many adventures with his friends Rabbit, Piglet, Tigger and Eeyore, and they all come to the stage in this one hour musical tale. Baths, birthdays and busted balloons together with missing tails and mistaken identity create an entertaining and enchanting story that delights all ages.
Darrin Murrell stars as Winnie-The-Pooh, with Garcia Gillund as Rabbit, Jaddy Ciucci as Piglet and Roo, Ben Asaykwee as Tigger and Paige Scott as Eeyore and Kanga. The production is directed by Jeff Stockberger and choreographed by Deb Wims.
This will conclude the 2013 Live Theatre for Kids series at Beef & Boards and will be on through Nov. 9. Pyramid Players productions are one hour in length and presented without intermission. Performances are for all ages, but offered particularly for children in preschool through sixth grade. Children have the opportunity to meet the cast after show for pictures and autographs.
Performances take place at 10 a.m. on Fridays and at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturdays. Tickets are $15.50 and include a snack. For reservations call the box office at 317-872-9664. Box office hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays.
