Pasta and Wine Weekend – Friday through Sunday, January 17th through 19th at participating wineries on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. A self-guided tour through more than 30 wineries in the region, each pairing pasta dishes with their own wines. Advance tickets are $35 per person; designated driver tickets are $25 per person in advance. Hours are Friday 1 to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. – get more information at www.senecalakewine.com.
Special event: Niagara Icewine Festival – Friday, January 10th through Sunday, January 26th at wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Twenty Valley in Ontario, Canada, as well as at venues throughout St. Catherines and at the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort.
