This was the best dry Riesling I’ve had in a long time. I loved the plush palate, stony minerality and beautiful notes of lime, orange, peach and apricot. All of this backed up by a crisp acidity that makes it clean and fresh on the palate.

There’s no discernable residual sugar because the wine was fermented to dry at 13% alcohol.

This wine will age nicely, but I highly recommend you drink it now. I know I will…
