Made by the former winemaker at Domaine Chandon, Aussie Wayne Donaldson, this crazy Sauvignon Blanc is steely and wildly aromatic at the same time.
The nose is full of lime zest, green pear, quince and a citrusy grapefruit minerality. In the mouth, it's a bit of a fruit cocktail with pink grapefruit, lime, guava, honeydew melon, plus newly mown green grass, white florals and just the slightest hint of jalapeno.
The mouth tingling electricity, from the vibrant acidity that runs through it, will cleanse your palate for just about anything on the Thanksgiving table.
