It’s almost time for the Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta. Restaurants will be holding special culinary events as part of the celebration. The Anasazi Restaurant’s Wine Dinner this year will be held on Thursday, September 26th.,
For the Wine and Chile event, Executive Chef Juan Bochenski has designed a special four-course prix fixe menu, complete with four seamless wine pairings from world-class Jordan Vineyard & Winery.
Highlights from the meal will include a Wagyu Beef Strip Loin with Black Garlic Chimichurri, complemented by the 2002 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon - a classic selection at its peak level of maturity that also happens to come from the winery’s greatest grape year.
As a lovely finish, Chef Bochenski’s sweet berry dessert infused with Jordan Cabernet will be paired with the 2009 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. Full Menu
