Willie Robertson of ‘Duck Dynasty’ shares his 'Super Bowl' Experience

With February 27, just three weeks away, ‘Duck Dynasty’ fans are ready for their favorite bearded men to grace them with their presence on Wednesday nights again. However, prior to the season 3 kick off, Willie Robertson found himself at another special kick off on Sunday night: The Super Bowl.

According to an article dated February 5 on KNOE.com, Willie said it was an honor for Louisiana to choose him as a representative for the state. Robertson and Troy Landry from ‘Swamp People’ were the media ambassadors for the championship game in New Orleans. Are we seeing a common them here? Yes, it's true. America is in love with outdoor television.

Robertson undoubtedly enjoyed the game, and the experience is one that he will never forget. Of course the famous power outage at this year’s game, has been almost as popular of a topic as the game itself. The outage has sparked countless jokes across the internet, and not surprisingly, Uncle Si ended up being jokingly accused for causing it.

“I was standing there in line to get a drink and there was a friend there who sat behind us and he said what did Si do? ‘I said what are you talking about?’ He said the lights are out. I looked up and the lights didn’t look like they were out to me, I saw it later on TV and it looked darker than it looked in there,” Robertson told KNOE news.

Poor Uncle Si….he gets blamed for everything! Tune in on Feb. 27 to see what power outages and redneck catastrophes may be occurring on season 3.
