Friday, country music legend Willie Nelson was charged with marijuana possession when police found 6 ounces of pot on his tour bus in Texas, according to the Associated Press.
Friday morning, Willie Nelson's tour bus was pulled into a US Border Patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas and searched after an officer said he smelled pot. The Border Patrol discovered the marijuana during the search, and three people arrested.
Nelson, 77, told the Border Patrol that the pot was his and they took him into custody. Nelson was released after posting a $2,500 bond.
