William Moody, known as Paul Bearer by the WWE, has passed away at the age of 58 years old. The details surround the death of Moody is unclear at this time, according to TMZ on March 6.
Over the last decade Moody has had serious health problems. Moody has had problems with his gallbladder as well as morbid obesity..
Paul Bearer has been known as one of the most iconic characters in the WWE history. Bearer has been well known for his white makeup, high-pitched voice and the urn he always carried around with him. Bearer was known as the WWE’s mortician. Moody was actually in the funeral home industry before joining the WWE.
Moody’s character Paul Bearer joined the WWE in 1990. Bearer was ofter paired with The Undertaker. The two characters were known for feuding and getting back together, but constantly stayed in each other’s storylines.

William Moody left the WWE in 2002 and returned in 2004 but only for a short time. Paul Bearer has made sporadic appearances over the years but most notable was in 2012. Bearer will forever be an iconic character of the WWE. He will greatly be missed by fans.
