July 18, 2011 – DbaronMedia released the following official statement today from Cuban-American actor William Levy:
“My thoughts are with Jennifer and Marc during this very hard time.
My relationship with Jennifer has been strictly professional.
These alleged rumors suggesting something more personal are 100% false and inaccurate.
My best wishes go out to them and their family.”
Apparently, in the search for a culprit in the Marc Anthony – Jennifer Lopez separation, rumors have been floating that perhaps it had something to do with the handsome Levy, Lopez’s costar in her video “I’m Into You.”
Levy reportedly divorced his wife, actress Elizabeth Gutierrez, about a month after that video shoot. That may be what has set some imaginations in motion. However, there are no known pictures, not any other proof, of Lopez and Levy spending time together at all since they worked together.
Proof-less as the rumors are, Levy felt it was better to let everyone know: “100% false and inaccurate.”
