One of the biggest hit movies of the year and the biggest hit film Brad Pitt has ever been in, "World War Z," has some sequel buzz. From Hollywood to Toronto people are asking Brad Pitt if there will be a "World War Z" part two.
According to Variety Pitt revealed:
"We have so many ideas on the table from the time we spent developing this thing and figuring out how the zombie worlds work," Pitt said in a new interview with Variety.
Brad was at the Toronto Film Festival talking about his latest film, "12 Years a Slave."
Paramount Entertainment originally planned on making "World War Z" a three part franchise. A huge zombie franchise would be very cool, but will Pitt even do it IF they get a good script and IF he is available?
Could a "World War Z" sequel survive without Brad Pitt? Think back on the film and remember what stood out to you during the film. Was it 'wow, that Brad Pitt is still looking good?' Or, was it 'holy crap, look at those zombies climb that wall into Israel?
I think fans would go see a zombie film and particularly a sequel to "WWZ" regardless of who is in the film.
If a film is made, who could star in it? How about Charlie Hunnam? Nah, I don't think he will be available .
