Will there be a ‘Vanderpump Rules’ season 2?

Lisa Vanderpump’s Feb. 26 “Dancing With the Stars” cast announcement has fans of her two Bravo reality shows wondering how she’ll find time to juggle all of her TV gigs. In addition to starring on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “Vanderpump Rules,” the 52-year old entrepreneur runs two posh L.A.-area restaurants, SUR and Villa Blanca.

But it’s the recent end of the first season of “Vanderpump Rules” that has fans nervous about the reality show’s future, especially after a cryptic tweet that the Bravo star posted following her surprising “DWTS” announcement.

On Feb. 26, Vanderpump tweeted: “Ok sad for Vdp rules to end, next week reunion. As they say … when one door closes another one opens. #DWTS.”

When fans started questioning the status of “Vanderpump Rules” – which ended with a Monday night cliffhanger—Vanderpump tweeted: “Vdp rules is not cancelled! It is just the end of our first season, but juicy reunion next week.”

Then, just as fans of the show breathed a sigh of relief, Lisa confused everyone again with this retweet: “RT @Bravotv if they don't make a second season of #vanderpumprules I am going to cry… @LisaVanderpump Me too.”

On her Bravo TV blog, Vanderpump wrote: "Thank you for watching. It has been a unique experience and I trust this story is not complete." She also hinted at an unaired pregnancy storyline “by a couple that were present but not in the forefront” that could be shown in lost footage.

Meanwhile, in Bravo’s cast blog, “Vanderpump Rules” star Scheana Marie said: “I hope we get to see more of me (and all of us) if there's a next season!!!”

In the Philadelphia area, The “Vanderpump Rules” reunion airs on March 4 at 9:00 p.m. on Bravo.
